About Us

I love Issio. It saves us so much time on staffing plans and it’s great to be able to message all of the staff at one time. Since you have started the daily report there are a lot more people willing to float their staff so it has been very helpful to us and we are short-staffed right now. It really allows us to take it up a notch with the daily numbers in dollars right there! Thanks for all of your efforts on our behalf.

Issio Solutions is an innovative Health IT company whose cloud-based software and services help health systems eliminate understaffing and overstaffing, improve efficiency, and lower operating costs.

We believe that one of the main reasons for the healthcare understaffing crisis is inefficient workforce utilization. Facilities typically use pen and paper, Excel spreadsheets, or basic staff scheduling programs to plan their workforce assignments. The results are an inefficient, poorly performing, expensive workforce with pockets of understaffing and overstaffing on an hourly, daily, and long term basis. Our products and services decrease understaffing and overstaffing, optimize productivity, and improve communication in a health system’s entire ecosystem—from clinics to ASCs, imaging centers, and hospitals. All of our products have a proven and solid return on investment.

Our Workforce Optimization Platform uses historical data, predictive analytics, and direct staff scheduling guidance to help managers maintain the correct nurse-to-patient ratios every hour of every day—resulting in quality of care improvements and lower labor costs of  5% to 10% or more.

The Float Pool, which breaks down the barriers of workforce inefficiency, allows associated departments and facilities to share staff between them, decreasing utilization of nursing agency and lowering nursing turnover, saving considerable costs and improving care.

Issio Consulting leverages our customer’s data to deliver outstanding and clear reports, analytics, and benchmarking. Leadership has at their fingertips the hard data they need to make strategic long term workforce planning decisions. Issio Solutions consults with our clients on what their goals and challenges are. Reports can easily be customized and data exported for further assessment and analysis.
